Hatha yoga classes have commenced at the Twilight Aerial Gymnastics. Wednesday nights 6pm - 7.15pm, Saturday mornings 8.45am -10am.
Classes cost $11 :)
Hello Yoga Lovers :)
My yoga classes are designed for the beginners as I really would love to see everyone enjoy the benefits of Yoga. The aim is to gently stretch our bodies all over so that we can get the full benefits of the final relaxation pose at the end of each session.
Watch your health improve as you learn to breathe properly again and release your stress through yoga.
Adult classes are suitable for 13 years and older and will run for an hour and 15 mins.
classes will be $11
Equipment you will need:
Yoga mat, blanket (for relaxation pose)
Please wear comfortable clothing
Shoes are not worn during yoga class
